About Us

Stephen Decatur School is a Kindergarten through eighth grade school made up of approximately 1050 hard-working students and over 100 dedicated staff members.  We have been proudly serving the families within the Parkwood section of Philadelphia for over 50 years.

The Stephen Decatur School will provide quality instruction through a collaborative effort to ensure ALL students graduate from eighth grade ready for high school and beyond.
